The Adult Program
About the Program
Our Adult Program is centered around Professor Bill’s curriculum, involving hundreds of moves covering every aspect of BJJ, including both self-defense and sport. All Gracie Self-Defense moves are covered. Additionally, for those that wish to compete, the Professors are more than happy to help them in their preparation.
Our school offers small classes and detailed instruction. From the streets to the mats of competition, when you leave Old School, you will be prepared.
